Description

This microlot comes from the Naranjo, Llano Bonito in the West Valley of Costa Rica. It was cultivated by Marvin Rodriguez at 1650 masl in volcanic soil. The area is traditionally used for dairy production but, over 20 year ago, Marvin Rodriguez began to produce coffee. ‘White Honey’ processing indicates a semi-washed process where approximately 5-10% of the mucilage is intentionally left on the parchment before the coffee is dried and hulled.
